Very good,Knows his silkies from his supers if ya get ma drift.I spent an Hour with him before he even looked at Mojo,did a 3/4 hr checkup-blood workup, faecal check,saliva swab.Chatted abt husbandry,prey items etc.Charged £58 which is less than it would cost you if you take yor dog.......He came 4th in Vet of The Year 2004.

Brilliant nurse who really knows her stuff and will go out of her way to help you. She has good support from 2 vets who are also very good, although not reptile specialists they are keen to learn.
Rachel does free nurse appointments so you only have to pay for any drugs/ treatments or if she thinks you need to see the vet. Very impressed!

They also treat dogs, cats, horses. I’m not 100% he knows about tortoises but he’s our reptile vet and has helped us keep one of our lizards alive for a little while longer than we thought! (he died a few days after, cause of death:MBD.). I highly recommend them, they have at least 2 examination rooms, they perform operations, vaccines, x-rays, you name it! Costly but well worth it! We’ve already taken 2 lizards there and hope not to go back but they are all friendly, helpful and as supportive as possible!

Very knowledgeable. One of our rescue babies was hospitalized for 11 days with MBD and possible infection. Now happy, healthy and a wobbly backed ’little bugger’ all for a song!
Whenever we go back they still ask how he is. Highly recommended for advice, treatment, ongoing care and impact on bank account!
