Sexing and Characteristics: | Males have beautiful vibrant colors and females are dark brown. |

Substrate and Water Needs: | Use a shallow water dish and change daily. |
Lighting and UVB: | In use a UV light . |
Temperatures and Humidity: | I keep it around 90 to 100.In the basking spots I keep it about 110. |
Heating and Equipment: | I use a 150 watt heat bulb and at night a top of tank heater. |
Caging Provided: | I use a 30 gallon aquarium . |
Diet: | Carnivorous |
Description of Diet: | I feed crickets and meal worms.They can also eat wax worms.Mine is 9inches long and i give him 3 crickets and 5 meal worms per feeding and when he is hungrier more than that.These are also lizard eating lizards. |
Supplements, Nutrition and Usage: | I use powdered calcium at every feeding and repti vitamin once a week. |
Maintenance: | Spot clean and clean the whole thing once a week. |
Some Words on this Species: | Absolutly beautiful lizards.Good for beginners and people with reptile experience.In my experience one of the easiest lizards to breed.Do not put in with other lizards because these lizards like to eat other lizards.Enjoy your reptiles. |
