Substrate and Water Needs:

I use organic potting soil because these snakes are like worms THEY DIG.keep the potting soil damp and wet.get a shallow water dish.

Lighting and UVB:

A low watt bulb like a 20 watt

Temperatures and Humidity:

60ís - low 70ís. spray tank twice a week

Heating and Equipment:

A heat mat is not recuired but i use 1 to keep the it warm i the soil.

Caging Provided:

I use a 10 gal tank.it can hold about 4 earth snakes.u can get some drift wood like i do it works very well!u can get some fak plants to add some coolness to the tank.i put a big rock so my earth snake can shed there skin.

Diet:

Carnivorous

Description of Diet:

They love worms and sluggs.they will get most insect that digs in the ground

Supplements, Nutrition and Usage:

Calcium powder is needed 1s a week

Maintenance:

U should clean your earths water bowl every day.u sould spot clean the tank and remove the waste.take out any dead inspect out.in 2 weeks take the snakes out and clean the soil or u can replace it with more potting soil.
