Substrate and Water Needs:

A huge bowl will be needed. I use a kitty liter box with a water fall system

Lighting and UVB:

I have 150 watts of light i don’t use a UV light (not necessary) if you ask me

Temperatures and Humidity:

I keep it at 85 to 100 for basking which they love to do all day

Heating and Equipment:

I use a heat pad under the cage and two light and a night time light.

Caging Provided:

I use a cage 4x2x2 i will make the cage bigger when he grows its easier to make a custom built cage (cheaper).

Diet:

Carnivorous

Description of Diet:

I feed my baby 10-15 crickets a day and a treat of meal worms every now and then but you can feed then meal worms, crickets, super worms. and wax worms. worms are high in fat

Supplements, Nutrition and Usage:

I use a calcium supplement i put the crickets in a bag and shake it up with the calcium.

Maintenance:

Clean what he makes every day and change water every day. Get dead crickets out of the cage every day before you feed again

They are beautiful animals that are easy to tame if you have the time have fun with them. They get about 3 feet long females 2 feet
