Sexing and Characteristics:
Males have large hemipenal buldges at the base of the tail, females lack this, hard to see until specimen reaches 6 months

I use paper towel as substrate, you can use soil and bark too

Uvb is not required because this species is active at night

Room temperature will be fine, do not exceed 85 degrees F or under 65 degrees F

20 high minimum for one specimen

do not keep two males together, they will fight
do not keep a male and female together, they are prolific breeders and may overbreed

Description of Diet:
Crickets, i give mine 6 crickets a day, but it depends on the gecko
you should also offer babyfood, no citrusy fruits. peach, banana, apricot, etc.
crested gecko diet /gargoyle gecko diet mixed with the babyfood or on a separate dish
Supplements, Nutrition and Usage:
You can if chosen to leave a small dish of pure calcium int he tank, other than that, dust crickets 2 times a week
Maintenance:
I clean my tank once a week and mist tank once or twice a day
Some Words on this Species:
Keep lots of plants and hiding places in the tank,
this is a great beginner lizard and very rewarding in my opinion
