Substrate and Water Needs:

There are a wide variety of substrates ranging from terrarium carpet to sand. I use terrarium carpet, becuse it does not promote impaction like sand does. Although sand is the most commonly used substrate and will promote digging. You will need to provide Leopard Geckos with a dish of water, since they are able to drink from still water.

Leopard geckos do not require UV. Although if you do not choose to have UV bulb, you will need to coat the crickets with calcium powder. You can get the UV bulbs at Petco.

Temperatures and Humidity:

Leopard Geckos do not require much humidity, since they were from the desert, but do needed to be misted daily to promote shedding. Temperatures at day need to be around 80-90F. Temperatures at night need to be between 65-75F.

Heating and Equipment:

You will need to have a Under Tank Heater. Equiptment you will need is a water bowl, a hiding place and a moist hide (will promote shedding also).

Caging Provided:

You will need a 10 gallon terrarium or Aquarium. This will hold 2 leopard geckos.
