Some Words on this Species:

Pekingeses are a Chinese toy dog that are very protective but don’t bark much. They are said to be one of the oldest dogs. Thousands of years ago, the Pekingese use to be the size of a Labrador but over time they have shrunk. At this time, only the royal could own them, for they only existed in China. These little creatures still think that they are that size. So if your Pekingese starts barking at some other dog twice it’s size, remember that it thinks it’s bigger. Also, many walks and play is very good for your dog. Pekingeses live from 10 to 15 years. The oldest Pekingese on record is 17 years old.
