There is little visible sexual difference between male and female leopard geckos. The male seems to have a broader head and neck than the female and their body is usually somewhat larger. However, looking at the undersides, adult males have a prominent V-shaped row of pre-anal pores while the pre-anal pores of the female are barely noticeable. Adult males also have hemipenile swellings and a wider tail base. at full maturity, adult males can be 9-12 inches in length, and females are somewhere between 7-9 inches.

Mostly Active During:

Night

Substrate and Water Needs:

Reptile carpet or papertowel.
no sand or particle substrate im my opinion is good for them.

Lighting and UVB:

Black lights would be good if you wanted to see them at night. With regular lights it will make the geckos thing that its daytime, making them go and hide.

Temperatures and Humidity:

Daytime: 85-90 F
Nighttime: 80-85 F

Heating and Equipment:

You will need an under tank heater depending on the size of your terrarium.

Caging Provided:

A 30 gallon tank.

Diet:

Carnivorous

Description of Diet:

I feed them crickets every days. and worms for variety

Supplements, Nutrition and Usage:

Calcuim power for crickets (dust them off with it)

Maintenance:

Give them a few places to hide, and a few obstacles for them to run around on.

Some Words on this Species:
