Most females are larger than the skinnier, smaller males.

Mostly Active During:

Night

Substrate and Water Needs:

Paper towels, nature’s bedding, or mulch are all good substrates. Anything to hold in the moisture. The tank can be sprayed down once a day for water. Do not generally drink out of water bowls.

Lighting and UVB:

None necessary

Temperatures and Humidity:

68-75 is perfect. Humidity should be between 60-70 %

Heating and Equipment:

None needed

Caging Provided:

10 gallon for one adult or pair is fine.

Diet:

Herbivorous

Description of Diet:

Eucalyptus leaves, apples, romaine lettuce, dandelion, kale, collard greens

Supplements, Nutrition and Usage:

Dust with vitamins once a week.

Maintenance:

N/A

Some Words on this Species:

Very interesting insect. Becareful with wire screen tops. Sometimes their legs can get caught and fall off.
