Other Species or Phases this Care Sheet May Cover:

this care sheet will also cove dalmations but will say what will be for a german shepard and/or dallmations

Sexing and Characteristics:

To sex all dogs you must (as a puppy )pick the dog up so its belly faces up and if there is a pointed thing in between the legs it is a male if not it is a female. with adults just lie them down and do the same.

Mostly Active During:

Day

Substrate and Water Needs:

Always keep water with dogs for they dehydrate quickly

Lighting and UVB:

Lighting is very easy because they do not need uva/uvb bulbs but do need natural sunlight

Temperatures and Humidity:

German Shepperd’s can take temperatures as low as -10 and as high as 100. due to there double coats the can take they cold.Dalmatians can take as low as 30 and as high as 100.

Heating and Equipment:

U do not need heating for shepherds but a heater may come in handy for Dalmatians

Caging Provided:

NO!!!! never put a dog in a tank. i think that if they have a large yard (1 acre) they don’t need Minny walks but in an apartment they need daily walks.

Diet:

Omnivorous

Description of Diet:

Personally i have found that the hunger depends on the dog not the breed but feed 2 times a day and do not leave food out all day for them.

Supplements, Nutrition and Usage:

Normal dog food will work.

Maintenance:

They will do their "stuff" on the floor and German Shep’s are extreme shedders so watch out

Some Words on this Species:

I love dogs and you will love these breeds
