Males have at least8-9 line segments on their abdomen females have7-8 segments

Substrate and Water Needs:

Mist cage daily and potting soil is fine as a substrate

NO MULCH

Lighting and UVB:

Use a fluorescent light fixture .that should be fine for a mantis

Temperatures and Humidity:

75-80 degrees

30% humidity

Heating and Equipment:

Under tank heater,keep on medium setting

Caging Provided:

A 5 1/2 gallon or a ten gallon 10 gallon is best

Diet:

Carnivorous

Description of Diet:

Use a fruit fly vile to breed them put about 2 each day when they are babies.When they are full grown,or med size feed house flies,catch them around your house.when full grown,catch bees and carefully feed them any spider would do.
