spray the surface once a day or pour some water in and let it soak down to the bottom

Description of Diet:
Just about anything, household scraps such as Coffey grounds potato peels, apple cores, banana peals, carrots,eggshells(cal. for your herps) and more like green leaves ect.

Maintenance:
You should change the substrate one it is all in little pellets or just keep adding soil as the level goes down.
in about a month or less you should have little babys which can be feed off right away or you can let them grow up to breed more worms:)
