Care Sheet Information:

Housing: you can comfortably house to adult leopard geckos in a 10 gallon but more room the better. Make sure you have at least a couple hiding places where your leopard gecko can relax. My leo likes running around on a structure i made for him using driftwood.

substrate: You can use sand, newspaper, paper towels but i use lizard carpet.

heating: Basking spot of about 90 degrees and the rest of the enclosure can be room temperature. I use an under tank heater (UTH) and an overhead heat source.

Feeding: Provide meal worms, crickets or wax worms and an occasional pinkie mouse for the adult. I always have at least 4 meal worms in my leo’s dish. Dust food with a calcium supplement once a week.

Water: Always provide a shallow dish of clean water. Mist one of the hiding spots every two days to aid in shedding.

Other: Leopard geckos are nocturnal so if you want to view them at night use a black light so you do not disturb him.
When i handle my leo he is very calm and enjoys it, but do not over handle him.

When you first get your leo do not handle him for the first few days so he can settle in.
