Sexing and Characteristics:

Males’ tails run thicker for the first couple of inches just past the vent, whereas females’ tail-bases taper quickly, starting right past that point. If do not understand take it to the vet to get probed.

Mostly Active During:

Night

Substrate and Water Needs:

Use a water bowl so he can soak him self when shedding.DO NOT USE SAND IT CAN HARM YOUR SNAKE AND KILL IT. use bark or news paper that is really cheap i use lizard liner and i can clean it once a week.

Lighting and UVB:

I use a reptile light 60 watt but it is not required you also can use a red light at night.

Temperatures and Humidity:

One side of the tank should be cool like 70 and the other half 80 ish.

Heating and Equipment:

DO NOT USE A HEATING ROCK IT CAN BURN YOUR SNAKE BE FOR YOU COULD KNOW OR HE COULD NO IT.I use a heating pad to keep warm

Caging Provided:

A big cage like a 20 gallon tank so he will feel comfortable

Diet:

Carnivorous

Description of Diet:

A piny mice for a small snake and a then when they get bigger you can feed it medium mice

Supplements, Nutrition and Usage:

Maintenance:

Clean there cage once a week and give them new water every day
