If you are looking to get a snake, but dont know what type, i have that answer. you might want to look in to getting a corn snake because they are easy to take care of and are very tame. They usually cost around 39.99 at the pet store. they eat mice/rats.

Subtrate- sand or reptile bark

water-a larger bowl is fine

Regular light bulb will work during the day and at night uvb

Around 80 during the day and 75 at night
