Sexing and Characteristics: | Males have larger necks and larger preanal pores. |

Substrate and Water Needs: | Some claim that sand is a cause of impaction, but as long as you use fine grain sand for reptiles, or calcium sand you will be fine. |
Lighting and UVB: | If not using a ceramic heater, put a basking bulb on one side of the tank and use a night basking bulb in the same spot at night |
Temperatures and Humidity: | Keep temperatures 90 degrees on hot side 80 degrees on cool side. No humidity needed. |
Heating and Equipment: | I recommend an undertank heating pad. |
Caging Provided: | I use a 20 gallon long aquarium with a screen top for two geckos |
