Sexing and Characteristics:

The Best way to sex a snake is to have it probe

Substrate and Water Needs:

Newspaper,reptibark,aspen, are all good substrate cage carpet do not use any substrate that contains cedar this poisonous to snake cleaning water should be provided in a dish large enough for it to bath in it should be changed daily

Lighting and UVB:

No special light is required but should have a light source to no if its day or night on 10- 12 hours off 12-14 hours

Temperatures and Humidity:

Temperature should be 82-87 in the day and 75-80 at night the humidity should be around 55-60 but when it about shed raise it to 70 by misting inside cage with a spray bottle

Heating and Equipment:

You can use under the tank heaters, basking light (day use ) , a red heat bulb(night use), and ceramic emitters

Caging Provided:

A full grown ball python can live in a 40 gallon tank for the rest of its life but as a baby u can start with a 20 gallon

Diet:

Carnivorous

Description of Diet:

They should be fed pinkie,fuzzies, mice,and sm-md rats feed the should be fed prey no larger than the thickness part of the body

The cage should be cleaned once a month
