Cachting flys 
can ur lizard cacht a fly in one go coz my anole can cacht one in mid air. i’ll give you a tip on catching flys wiat till a fly goes on ur window then put ur hand over it and u got a fly. Make sure ur lizards dont read this!!

Unless your talking about store-bought flies which are usually flightless-fruit-flies anyway. It doesn’t sound like you are, and house flies are definately some dirty little creatures.  Maybe your anoles just want more active crickets
