Once you’re done, rinse the tank until you are absolutely certain that the bleach is gone. From there air out the tank in an open room (or outside) for 12 hours or until you can no longer smell bleach. If you’re dealing with parasites, you may want to do this every week for 2 months while you administer the dewormers. I usually use two tanks in this so the lizard doesn’t have to suffer. |

thanks anyways. ~AC~ P.S. if anyone knows of a good way to get a small lizard to take meds oraly i need help. my ameiva will not open his mouth and if i put the meds on a cricket he smells the meds and will not take the cricket. |
