Well, I ended up buying just one and later found out that I’d purchased a male. About a week later I went back to get a female and I told the lady how to differentiate male from female. She opened up the terrarium full of about 10 grass lizards and found only one female.

She was so tiny and the lady told me they would sell her for $3 if I still wanted her because she hadn’t been eating. I bought her anyway and bought her a seperate 10 gallon so I could watch her for a while and make sure she wasn’t sick.

For the first couple days she was really lathargic and refused to eat anything. She didn’t drink water, just layed around and hardly moved at all. My male is extremely active and so were the others in the cage so I knew something was wrong with her. I later found a small cut on her side. It looked pretty bad and I ended up calling a vet to find out if there was anything I could do for it. The man I spoke with told me to put peroxide on it and told me I should come to an actual vet’s office if it looked infected or continuously bled.

Well... Within a week the cut was completely healed and I’d gotten her to eat a couple moths and a few crickets. Now it’s been about a month since I got her and she’s more active then my male. She likes to climb a lot and she eats at least two crickets a day. When I got her I wanted to take care of her but I really thought she might die and now I’m like, "Yay!" lol I named her Kai, which means "cut" in Japanese (Yes.. I’m wierd) and she is the fattest little lizard. lol yeah...
