 Found Green Ameva: Need help

Hi all, I found a green Ameva in my backyard. I looked around my neighborhood to see if he had an owner, but nobody even knew what he was. I plan to keep him if the owner doesn’t show up. I’m 100% positive that he is one. I have a few questions regarding him.
1) How big will he get?
2) Is there a way to tell male from female( I just call him a he, I don’t know for sure)?
3) Is he tamable? Right now he’s the meanest little stinker I’ve ever met.

Really awesome lizard though
