Oh god.....This guy has to be kidding....

If you are not kidding, No. Chams need more than 20 gallons and do not fare well in an aquarium. Bearded Dragons and tortoises don’t go in the same Terrarium, either. Do not house reptiles together, they like to be alone.

Lil Tee,
You would be very surprised, about these things. There was a guy who had a tortoise and a Bearded Dragon in a 50g enclosure on Calcium sand. It does not surprise me anymore.

20 gallons is barely big enough for my fire skink I can’t imagine three of your herps getting along in one that size. I do not advise you mix habitats also the size is just too small. you can buy used tanks everywhere for cheap or nothing go buy yourself more tanks for your herps.

Please keep your rude comments to yourself. Don’t make fun of people who ask comments that reptile owners would (hopefully) obviously know...It keeps others from asking questions and then you end up with people doing stuff like this. If you never had a reptile before you wouldn’t know.

If your thinking of getting reptiles please do research on each one’s requirements. Most reptiles like to be housed alone and some will eat the others...You really aren’t ready to own one yet...look at a lot of caresheets and forums and books before getting any and ignore the people who get rude.

Anyway, the answer is no to putting them together, and get a larger mesh cage for your chameleon.

=P just wanted to bring up that a turtle or tort should never be put anywhere remotely close to a lizard. I mean, ontop of the whole, "never mix species" gig. There are certain bacteria and/or desease that all torts and turtles have a possibility of carrying that will kill a lizard. Which is why many turtle owners sometimes wont even house the two different species in the same room. That they’ll wash their hands obsessively between feeding both species to prevent exposure.

Thought this info would be interesting to you guys. ^^` I remember when I first saw it on a thread some member made when he put 3 large lizards (waterdragons and an iguana, I think), anoles, and turtles together in the same 55 gallon tank and said, "I’ve had no probs".. Then got miffy and defensive when everyone was trying to explain to him the huge dangers of it. That whole turtle info was brought up. After doing research on it, I learned that it’s true. Turtles and Torts do carry or have a possibility of unknowingly carrying certain dangerious chemical/desease attributes that will kill lizards should they ever come into contact.

Excellent point, and as well keep in mind that many aquatic turtles consider anything "worm-like" in the water to be food, including lizard tails and fingers. I have heard of lizards losing their tails to a hungry turtle. Torts aren’t a problem in that respect of course but just thought I should throw that in there.
