#2270887 Xkabx View Profile	First ever clutch results october of last year i decided to attempt to breed my ball pythons. my female, bertha at first she was breeding with chicken my normal male they locked 10 times before i got my male butter in there he also had around 10 locks she laid 7 eggs and 54 days later i couldnt wait any longer to find out if it was chicken or the butter that was the daddy, even after cutting i wasnt too sure what i had but there was one that i knew was a butter a few days later they emerged and i was super geeked to see i had 5 butters and 2 normals, chicken you are NOT the father!!! i havent bothered to sex them yet they are so tiny and i dont wanna hurt them with my cement hands.i couldnt be happier with the results, the odds gods were smiling down on me this time!

#2271930 Xkabx View Profile	Message To: Baja   In reference to Message Id: 2271928  First ever clutch results ill be keeping one female, i have another clutch on the way and although id love to keep them all one is enough i guess. baja its not that its hard but it is hard ha. i found it to be a very rewarding experience and im hooked, im not even done this season and already making next seasons plans. its not alot of work all at once but more like a commitment of 5-10 minutes a day but the more you get going at once it can quickly become alot of work, the hardest part of breeding is the waiting and stressing over stuff, each phase takes a couple months so patience is huge, i learned i have none but am working on that. if you decide to breed do alot of reaserch and have everything ready before you need it, would suck to do all the work of breeding and have no incubator ready or hatchlng tubs not ready. good luck
