Pale agamas-pallid agamas I don’t know if they are also called Pallids but they might be. But they are pretty simple to take care of. Mine eats mealworms and sometimes crickets. They need to have at least 10 hours of UVB and basking lights. Their basking spot should be at around 90F and the rest of the cage should be at around 80F. At night make sure it doesn’t dip below 70F. I use the ESU Reptile Slimline for UVB/UVA lighting. It should be at least 5%, you can go higher though. It doesn’t matter the lamp just as long as the bulb is right. Any heat lamp would be fine and it’s hard to say what bulbs to use, it really depends on the lamp and the cage size. You would just have to try out a few different watts to get it right. Most people use sand as substrate and I used to use it but I don’t agree with it anymore. I had a friend whose Agama died from impaction so since then it’s been tile all the way for me. You can also use the less expensive way, paper towels. Easy to buy and easy to clean.
