 Basic Questions?

I seen a red headed agama at the petstore and the color if AWESOME. i was just wondering if someone can give me temperment and so on. is it easy to handle and take out all of the time? and what does it eat.

they eat crickets locusts, they can be handled but takes some getting used-to
im not sure weather they can eat fruit and veg. i never tried.
