 My Boyfriend’s Agama Is Growing Bumps!! Does anyone know what this is ASAP?!

Well, basically what i said- My boyfriend has a blue headed tree agama and for a while now it’s been growing bumps all over it’s body (like growths). we have no idea what it’s from, or if it’s serious..... if anyone has experience with this or knows what it could be please let me know,
