STAR AGAMA Agama stellio These lizards are native to Southwestern Asia through Northeastern Africa, and some parts of Greece. They live in dry, barren, rocky deserts. Maximum size: 14” Temperature range: Day 77°-89° F Night 59°-68° F Lighting: Full spectrum florescent UV bulbs and a basking light are required. Food: Diet should consist of a crickets, mealworms, or waxworms coated with a high quality calcium and multi-vitamin supplement. Water: A bowl of fresh, clean water should be provided daily and mist moderately each morning. Housing/Habitat: Star Agamas should be housed in a dry terrarium with an under tank heating pad at one end and soft sand or desert mix substrate. Landscape to simulate rocky habitats, provide hiding places, and basking areas. best info I can find on them :) have you checked if its a male or female? |
