hey guys help me here what do you think baby alligator (northan) lizards eat i tryed caterpillars(baby) spiders(baby) and baby worms i dont know if there eating or not so help me please!

Pinhead crickets you can get them at petco. Are they captive born?!

When you feed them, try leaving them alone . Many lizards get shy around people and are too paranoid to eat.

Just put 3 or five tiny crickets in there and then wait a while. Then check if there are any missing. If they are missing then they probably were eaten.

You need to feed them small crickets. For babies, I always remove the hopper legs to help out the slow lizards and because they don’t eat them anyways.

Do you have UVB and a heat lamp? What about hides? If they are stressed they might not eat.
What are you keeping them on? If you just got them, I would keep them on paper towels so you can better observe if they are eating and defecating.

if you want to see if they are eating, pic them up 1 by 1 and feel the belly with one finger. if you feel little bumps or if the belly seems full, then they have been eating. but, if the belly caves in slightly, that meens they havent been eating. good luck! p.s. i saw a pic of the babies and i think they are REALY cute! agen, good luck.
