 How much should a baby eat weekly

Hello and thanks to all of you on this site as you have provided tons of much necessary information which I believe will lead me to grow a healthy gator.

Anyways, Im just wondering how much my 10 incher should eat per day or week. Today was his second full day in the cage and the first time ive seen him eat and so far he’s had 1 cricket, 1 grass hopper, and 1 small tree frog. Can I overfeed him? And should all of the above be fine or does he need the mazuri stuff every once in again? He may have eaten some minnows too but maybe they are just dead somewhere around the cage..either way they are small butt sniff hell. Thanks and also what is the target humidity level?

and also, if a frog or fish dies in the tank can I still feed it up to him after a certain point or just get it out a there?
