 I have no idea whats wrong! please help!

ok i have 2 tree frogs and on is perfect in every way but my other one, i swear is mentally ill, it can not catch food on its own and it cannot climb and can not jump right when it does it tumbles. my mom says its blind in one eye i think it is mentally ill. it is gettimg food cause i keep a bowl of eather crickets or mealworm in the cage just for him and, i can hand feed him so ,he is ok when it comes to food i just want to know what is physically wrong with him? can someone please help me!?

i have it worse..my african dwarf frog is upside down swimming..has wierd fuzz growing on him..hes suffering ill turn him over and he seems ok..but that fuzz...i know hes suffering...i need help..my poor helpless froggy[named Flo] needs help!!!!!!!HELP!
