Can two male FBTs be kept together?

I bought a fire bellied toad a little while back. I recently bought another one. The new one is a bit smaller compared to the other one. I found out that they are both males because sometimes, the little one will attempt to mate with the bigger one and vice versa. I also noticed that the bigger one will sit on the smaller one, but not hold it like they are mating. It holds the other one around the head or even sits on the other’s head. Is this normal or is it aggressive behaviour? Should I return the larger one for a smaller one, or just keep them both? Thanks

I have six FBTs living in a ten gallon tank. I have no idea if they are males or females. Just make sure there are plenty of places to hide if one of them wants a break from a more aggressive tank mate. I’ve had mine for over two years. I really haven’t ever noticed any aggressive behavior--but they do like to play.
