 Dyeing?Sick?Help!!!!

ok so this is very URGENT ok my bull frog is sick i dont know y but maby the waters too cold hes been eating fine hes been sleeping under water but thats hopefully normal cause he does it all the time but hes only about 2 1/2 months old my other frog died i think because he was shipped but so was my tadpole and hes the frof that im talking about right now but he lived longer. I HAVE A COUPLE QUESTIONS FOR U.
1.what temps are a baby bullfrogs water supposed to be?
2. what other possibilites could there be of him being sick?
3. should i take him to the vet?
4. any other answers would be helpfull anything dont hold it in tell me plz reply cause i need him alive
5. do they have ears if they dont do they have any hearing abilities cause im kinda loud in my room so that COULD be the case.
