A quick question I have been trying to convince my girl to let me get a yellow anaconda. We currently have 1.1 BCIs, a bunch of kings and corns. I have also worked with BPs so I am experienced in the reptile hobby. My question is about growth rate. I don’t need specifics, but I know that retics and burms can grow 7ft or more in their first year. I also know that they get much larger than a yellow conda (at least in length). Do yellows grow quickly if fed appropriately, or are they more like my BCIs which grow steadily, but do not go from hatchling to monster in 1 - 2 years. Any help is greatly appreciated.

A quick question I think it’s in between. My yellow anaconda is growing faster than my red tail boa, but not as fast as a burm or retic. I’ve heard yellows get around 5 ft in their first year.
