If you can’t come across chicks or quail, you can offer cleaned chicken parts from the grocery store. This is also good for scenting rodents with while you are trying switch them over. With ones that are extremely difficult to turn to rodents, you can even start by tying rodents to your birds or cleaned bird parts. Just make sure you use 100% cotton string. Nylon type strings and fishing line can cause serious problems in the digestive system. |
