 My first snake!!!

Hi everyone im 10 years old and i just got a green anaconda today, its my very first pet! Can you give me some tips on how to care for it. I have it in a 20 gallon tank in my closet because my parents cant find out. Can he stay in that tank his whole life? He wont eat any of the fruits or veggies i try to feed him, how come? Any information would be good. thanks

Are you serious? You obviously have no business owning a green anaconda let alone any snake if you don’t even know what it eats.

Why don’t you try milk and cookies? They usually like that.

Something tells me this kid is either playing everyone for a fool or serious needs to get some sense >.>. An anaconda is not a first timer pet so I suggest trying to corn snake or a ball python. Anacondas need a lot of work and not something a ten year old should have in their closet.

You really shouldn’t hide it, because when it out grows that 20 gal tank and escapes ,and your parents find it, they are not going to be happy. Anacondas are carnivores!!!!!!!
