Bonnie and Clyde are yellows, and they onlyu grow to about 12 feet.

I have a pic of one of the largest anacondas ever photographed.
She was found dead by explorer Ponssuelo while working with amazon tribes. What’s stupid is that the snake didn’t die of natural causes... she was killed by illegal hunters for skin, before they realised she was to gigantic to carry along. Very sad!

That’s big but it is a little hard to tell it’s full size. Where is this serpent safari? I would like to go there.

Well, the one Ponsuelo found is much bigger than that SerpentSafari anaconda. Just by looking at the pic you can tell right away... but i can’t upload it. There must be some problem here...

actually they look about the same size but that one had a large longer meal, probably a caiman. if i was to spread out lou’s anaconda it would look something like this old pic of his burmLink that was baby years ago when she was only around 22 feet.

you can’t see the size of the head in your pic. let’s be realistic this is a 27 footer and 500lbs with my same shoe for comparison

same shoe. same size 13" shoe. two different snakes. one curently 22 feet 316lbs and the other 27 feet 500+lbs. pics can be decieving. i would say your conda pic and this guy are the same size.

The 2 largest burms measured correctly in the USA are Lulu at the Bronx zoo (19’+) and Muffy (22’+) kept in a park in Florida. Those snakes were mentioned in the news these days and as far as i know Lou hasn’t even mentioned Baby as a contender...

yes i found some stories. i e-mailed them to lou daddano at serpent safari i am sure law suits will follow because of these fraudulent claims by the bronx zoo and NBC. baby is the record holder she is 27 feet and 400+ lbs. hopefully this will spark some new measurements and they will measure their conda again also.

thank you for bringing this to my attention i let the proper people know and we will get to the bottom of it.

Razeraze is right, this is the link to a 49 foot python, Link and in this page is says

Quote:

The Guinness Book of World Records lists the longest ever captured snake to be 32 feet. The heaviest — a Burmese Python kept in Gurnee, Ill. — weighs 402 pounds, the book said on its Web site
