The eggs could be infertile.

Either that or you are incubating them at an inaccurate temperature. You need to incubate them at 85 degrees Farhenheight and at 70% humidity. If it gets too hot or too low, the eggs will die. One person had theirs incubated at 81, and even though it is not far off from the desired 85 degrees, the egg still died.

Put a thermometer in the incubator as well as a humidity gauge. You have to keep a close eye on it, or the egg will die.

Usually incubating it in moist vermiculite at that temperature and humidity should do the trick. If successful, the eggs will hatch in 35-40 days, give or take a few. Read Atrax’s CareSheet on the Anoles forum for further instructions. I bumped it, so it should be NEAR the top.

Also, some questions and future reference:

Unlike bird eggs, anole eggs do NOT need to be turned over/flipped over. Doing so could kill the incubating embryo! You need to be AS CAREFUL AS POSSIBLE NOT TO MOVE THE EGG FROM ITS ORIGINAL POSITION!!!

Also, do you have a male anole in the enclosure with her?? If not, then the answer is that the eggs are infertile, and she is just laying a bunch of infertile eggs. Are they usually dented when you find them or yellow?? If so, then they are duds.

They should be rounded like a small chicken egg, but softer and be a whitish tan to white color, and not have any dents or crevaces in them.

Pics for reference:

My current egg I am incubating. The specs/brown splotches on it are from the vermiculite:

 Ooooh.. im so sad..

i’ve recently been leaving the eggs where the lizards lay them - on the theory they know where’s a good temp in the tank - and they’ve been hatching and the babies have survived (thus far) amongst the adults. obviously when i clean them out if i find an egg i put it back to where i found it or there abouts! nature knows best i think. i used to incubate them and try to raise the babies, but they always died cos it was so hard to get the conditions right. if the conditions in the tank are right for breeding and laying eggs, then they’re good for the babies/eggs. although be aware mealworms/crickets eat eggs so dont let them run around if you’re letting nature take its course...
