well i had two anoles one male one fwmale ...
now I only have the male and an egg???

hi, not sure if what i did was right but it worked, I put some peatmoss in a small critter carrier, with egg, put it under a uv light next to mom and dad. sprayed egg 2X a day to keep egg moist and waited, just when I was about to give up....there it was. you can see the photos on my link.
thats what worked for me, good luck.

it was firm and round for a few days but now it looks kinda
caved in ??? is it ok or no ????

if uve sprayed the egg it will of blocked the pores on the eggs and yes it will of dyed sorry

u mean that the female died that is sad but carefully place soil or sand into a decent sized container and place the egg into the sand/soil in it not on it and keep it warm 4 about 35-40 days until it hatches because if you leave the egg in the tank with the adult lizard the adult could eat the baby lizard or the crickets or whatever the lizards food is the lizards food could eat the baby lizard keep the newborn in the container until it is about 1 to 2 inches long and dont forget 2 feed the newborn well i feel bad 4 the female that died now who will the other lizard gonna play w/ it will be lonely
