 Questions regaurding anole aggs

i walked in today to my anoles mating. in the past eggs were laid but no offspring. im wondering the correct messures to take to have a successful hatching. when to remove the female if at all or just wait for the egg to be laid than take it out, how to incubate the egg and for how long under what temps? any information would be helpful.
