 Anoles mating help

a few weeks ago i walked into both of my anoles mating. and for the past few weeks my female anole keeps expanding her large pink throat. what is this a sign off.
does anyone know how long it takes for an anole to lay an egg?
ive heard things like an anole can stash sperm for up to 8 months after intercourse, is this true,

someone please help me, i dont want the egg to just be laying in there and have the crickets eat it.
and how many eggs pop out during a clutch?

-anoles can hold sperm for like 8 or 9 months
-if the mating is succesful it will lay it after 14 days
-and anoles will lay 1 egg(rarely 2)
-also they will continue laying eggs for a couple of weeks.

um only the boy anoles have deflaps
so if she doesnt hatch her eggs you might knoe the problem

That is incorrect.Both males and females have dewlaps,The females dewlap tends to be smaller than the males.It takes about 14 days for a female anole to lay an egg after a successful mating.After the egg is laid it should take 35-40 days for it to hatch.Female anoles can hold sperm for about 8 months. 1 (rarely 2) eggs are laid during each clutch.
