My first anole egg
hi this is remedy im wondering if anyone can give me information on anole eggs? my anole just layed her first egg and it looks good but when i was cleaning out the tank i didnt know it was buried and i might of moved it alittle bit,and i removed it from the tank and put it in moist soil.I then put it back in the anoles tank where i found it and buried it back up,and i wanted information on how to proper care for the eggs so i dont ruin the eggs.I just read that we can mark the top of the egg so we wont move the position of the egg cuz they can drown,do you think its better to remove from the tank and incubate them in a different tank?if yes can i get all information i can get so i can have these eggs hatch safely.I want to make sure not to do any harm to the eggs.Thank you!!!!!!

My first anole egg Anoles only lay ONE SINGLE EGG!!! I was going to get some but I hadn’t seen anything about their laying habits and a lot of mating topics I have read say "she laid her egg" and "my first egg!". They don’t lay a whole clutch of like a dozen or something?

My first anole egg Do not post information if you have no idea what you are talking about. Anoles have the capacity to lay many eggs from a single mating and do lay eggs at nearly weekly intervals after becoming gravid. Last summer my female produced thirty four eggs and has began to lay eggs again. Atrax will reassure you of this as he has had dozens of clutches.
