 Lighting for eggs.

If my one anole lays eggs in the cage and i decide to leave them in there (i know the male might eat it or the female) should i leave their light on all the time or switch from a day to night light or just turn off the lights at night time?

Use your normal lighting pattern (i.e., on during the day and off at night). Don’t change anything or you will disorient the adults.

They do fine in the wild overnight. There will be a higher mortality rate if they are left in the enclosure than if they are removed and incubated at a constant temperature, though.

Okay well i dont have an incubator and if i made one id have no light to heat it with unless i bought another. So i guess if they lay eggs ill just leave it in with the parents untill its hatched.
