  i got my new green anole;)

today i got my second green anole i am very happy. every thing is just right in her tank.
the thing i didnt like was that the people at the pet store do not know what they are doing! i asked for a female but they told me they didnt know how to sex them so i had to do it myself/ teach them a bit about it. it is under fed so i will have to fatten it up but it was defintaly the best choice there because the others were skinnier and one of them had like a wart on its tail and anothers eyes were sunken in a the skinniest so it was probaly goin to die. My new one is a good 6 or 7 inches long and didnt want to get off of me when i tried putting it in the new tank( maybe just because i was a warmer). in about a week i will put my female with my large male to see if they get along but i probally wont keep them together thanks

being a pet store anole, i would wait closer to a month. you know there had to be some disease running around in that tank and also, it will take more than a week to make her strong enough to run from a horney male anole.

its still skinny and hasnt ate since that last cricket but thats normal its still getting adjusted i think its a male because i grabbed it and i pulled on its neck gently and its delap was pink i know im not supposed to but i wanted to know and its has the post anal scales just above the tail. i named it popcorn because its kindve a original name and hes eithier green or this rusty orange brown color. sometimes hes also a kindve gold which os why i got the name popcorn. but on his back right leg somethign must be wrong with the color pigmentation there or somthing because its always green. and last but not least hes doing pretty well i will by some waxworms when he starts eating so i can fatten him up.thanks for any replies
