today, my female green anole died, and i want to replace it with something else. It needs to be able to live in the same environment, and should be the same size. Is there anything other thatn a green anole that i cuold bred the male with? i’v heard of green/brown anole couples...

I’ve actually housed a toad with my two anoles before but after some time I felt that it was growing too large for safety so I removed it. They got along really well. My tank was 55 gallons and the toad just lived on the bottom while my anoles lived up above in the branches. So I guess that as long as the toad is healthy and you’ve quarantined it for about 30 days, you would be able to introduce it into your tank. This all depends on your tank size though. I hope I’ve helped!
