Biological ecosystem set-ups?

Hello everyone! I am an anole owner now, and wondered if anyone around these parts use beneficial organisms and microbes to maintain their anole habitats. If so, what do you use, what is your set-up like?
I have another question as well. Does anyone know of any studies on anole nutrition? I like the T-Rex line of whole foods supplements, does anyone use that also? What kind of supplementation protocols are popular with successful anole keepers?

The setup that i have is as follows:
55 gal tank
2 18" UVA/UVB tubes
1 basking lamp
1 black light (serves no purpose other than for visual stimulation at night)
repti bark substrate
multiple hiding and climbing spots
waterfall
automatic mister that sprays every 3 hours for 30 seconds
temp and humidity gauges
day/night timer for lights.
2 males and 6 females
As far as the food I feed them 25 crickets every 2 days and before i put the crickets in the tank i put them in a criket keeper for 24 hours and feed them Flukers calcium fortified criket quencher.
