 Laying eggs

i have a male and a female. The male always shows the dewlap to the female and if they ever do have babies i was wondering do they lay eggs. Because i have cage carpet in my cage instead of bark or moss. So wat will happen and wat should i do.

Yes they will lay eggs. What you should do is remove the eggs, taking care not to turn them. Place them into another tank or incubator with substrate that is moist but not wet and the temp is about 85 and keep them there for about 40 days.
