Substrates?  I have a question about substrates.....can i use a cage carpet and then put bark on top or do i need soil also.....i have heard so many ways to do it...just tell me the way u guys find the best for a substrate. Thanks alot!

Substrates?  i would say half and half 1 side cage carpet and the other moss(you have to divide it with like plexi glass thats how i have mine.so the moss gives off the huumidty that the anole needs and the circkets dont get lost in the moss and the anole cant find it.

Substrates?  i use soil for a substrate, it doesnt harm the anoles delicate skin, keeps humidity, doenst hold bacteria like moss, and is cheap. i have paranut shellsa nd large bamboo that goe into the earth, these create hides and tunnels that my anoles love. i put moss into these. when i get my camera fixed i will post pics of my new anoles setup, its looking quite realistic.
