 Good...bye..

So, I can no longer take care of my precious Anoles...I will be moving out within a year, but that will cause the electricity bill to go up, and I am not ready for that.

I am very sad, my babies have to go and I don’t know what to do, my dad says I can advertise, but is there really someone out there that lives close enough to me that will take such great care of my babies. T_T I feel so sad, I’ve become so attached to them.

Why don’t you find out how much electricity each of your "reptile" appliances cost to run.
Heat/light and radiant heat?
Find out how much wattage or voltage each one puts out in a 24 hour period.
I bet you would be surprised how little it is.
Unless you have tanks and tanks and tanks of them.. filling a room...
I think you could keep them.
AND if your parent is saying that, they are BSing you...
It costs pennies per day to keep things like that running.
If you had even a part time job you could pay twenty dollars a month for your electric bill for your anoles and cover the cost by a lot.

DO some home work. Talk to an electrician, general contractor.. They will help back you up.

I know it doesn’t cost THAT Much, it’s like 8 cents per KiloWatt-Hour, but there’s more, such as food, and the fact that the crickets find SOME WAY to get out of the 30 gal tank when there are no HOLES O_O. It’s bad enough they survive wandering the house for a few weeks. Some get really big (and I buy them at 2-3 weeks, sometimes 4)

I’m not selling them separately, If I do end up selling them I’m selling them all as a package, all anoles, the tank, everything.

You are nice to offer. It is better to sell them to experienced person, and if you started from scratch, it could be a big buck for all the good equipment you’ll get. Also no shock to the pets, as they are still "at home."

Not only that but I don’t think you live anywhere near me. So I decided to tape up any possible crease in the tank, and if they still get out then I have no clue.
