 Need Help Sexing My Anoles

When I was looking to actually to see what gender my anoles were i brought up Atrax’s forum as a checklist I found that:

*They both have a white stipe going down their backs
*When I checked their postanal area I didn’t see any extra scales(Can Someone Post A Pic Of What I’m Suppose To See)
*When Their Dewlaps were enlarged one of them had a significantly smaller dewlap but the other had a rather large dewlap

Well, the most accurate way to find there gender is to look near their vent.I can’t exactly post a picture(I don’t know how.) I will try to walk you through it the best I can.If you turn the anole over on it’s back,if it’s tame enough, and look below the vent,There should be two enlarged scales. You may have to look very hard because they are usually small. This is the best and most accurate way to determine the gender.Hope this helps.

No they aren’t, they are all the same color depending of their mood which is only brown and green. This gendering process that I referred to you earlier can only be done if the anole trusts you.Now you’re not really suppose hold them unless when necessary,But I go beyond that rule.I suggest that you spend time with your anole like just simply holding it for a few minutes.Later on your anole will get used to your touch and then will be easier to handle.Believe me, I even held wild anoles with out a problem or stress.I wish I could post a picture of it but I simply do not know how to.But anyway with enough gentle attention and handling your anole will be tame.(not completely because of the wild genetics in them.)
