 THATS IT I HAVE DECIDED

IM DONE....damnit ...i live close to a town with NO rep vet..(he just recently died).......so due to that and also the incompitance idiots of the local pet store....IDIOTS .....I yes me ...Im gunna go to school and train to be a rep vet......i bout 4 anoles ...all from the same home at the pet store....one of them was biten near the eye by a large criket ( at the pet store ) ..I got some great info on how to treat the poor baby...antibiotic cream...with no pain killer in it.....some cleanser to flush it with...and also seperated from the other 3..woke up this morning...and the little swollen sac of ouchie yucky stuff popped and she was gone...SO AS FOR THAT I WANT TO BECOME A HEALER OF REPTILES....where and how to start lol i have NO CLUE ..

the infection must have been to advanced to be treated with the usual remedies...

you know what? I think I may just join you in your quest! lol My career choice has always been Veterinarian.
I have already started too! I have already taken a veterinary assistant course online and got my diploma. Next I’ll be doing veterinary tech. After that I’ll look for a local school here in Georgia that is specialized in reptiles/amphibians. There’s a good chance of finding one of those around here, at least near Atlanta anyway.

good luck with becoming a Vet tech.

I am also a Vet technician and have been for several years now... VERY rewarding career. not for everyone... but i love it..

do you have any experience working as a Vet assistant/technician in a clinic yet?

get ready for some fast pace work!!
